Chapter 24 of the California Fire Code (CFC) is hereby adopted by reference with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions.

SEC. 57.2401.3.1. SPECIAL PERMIT.

Temporary electrostatic spraying and powder coating locations which are not required to have a permit under Section 57.105.7 shall be regulated under Special Permit from the Chief pursuant to Section 57.105.8.
