*Editor's note—Section 1 of Ord. No. 21-3, adopted May 6, 1980, repealed §§ 2-77—2-86, relating to claims against the county, derived from Code 1952, §§ 18—26. Subsequently, § 1 of Ord. No. 2163, adopted Nov. 25, 1980, created a new § 2-77, which the editor has included in a retitled art. XI.

2-77 - Adherence to state standards.

While receiving any state aid pursuant to article 3, commencing with section 6040 of the California Penal Code, the County of Butte will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the board of corrections.
