28B-1 - State housing law adopted by reference.¶
In order to provide minimum standards for the proper regulation of existing residential buildings, articles 5 and 6, of chapter 1, of Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations is hereby adopted, incorporated and made a part of this chapter by reference without further publications as though set forth at length herein and shall apply to and govern all existing housing in the unincorporated areas of the county.

28B-2 - Violations and penalties.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any requirement of this chapter.
