* Editor's note—Section 3 of Ord. No. 3070, adopted May 11, 1993, repealed Ch. 27A in its entirety. Formerly, Ch. 27A consisted of §§ 27A-1 and 27A-2, which pertained to public works fees and derived from § 1 of Ord. No. 2942, adopted July 16, 1991, and § 14 of Ord. No. 3001, adopted May 5, 1992.
