2.66.010 - Transfer of title—Authority.¶
The mayor is empowered to execute, and the city clerk is empowered to attest, deeds and conveyances, transferring title from the city to persons who may purchase plots in Carquinez Cemetery, approved by the council of the city by its Resolution No. 19006 N.S., dated February 24, 1933.

2.66.020 - Transfer of title—Consideration.¶
The consideration to be paid before title shall be transferred shall be as follows:
| Single grave, 5 feet by 7 ½ feet ..... | $ 50.00 |

| Plot, 10 feet by 10 feet ..... | 100.00 |
| Plot, 10 feet by 15 feet ..... | 400.00 |
