2.52.010 - Annual salary.

The mayor and each council member shall receive an annual salary, payable in equal monthly installments in accordance with the provisions of Charter Section 305. Effective January 28, 2023, the annual salary of the mayor and each council member shall be increased to the sum of twenty-three thousand five hundred dollars per annum.

2.52.020 - Reimbursement for expenses.

The mayor and each council person shall receive reimbursement of his/her actual and necessary expenses incurred as a result of the performance of the duties of his/her office in conformance with an adopted budget, and in compliance with the city of Vallejo's Expenditure and Reimbursement Policy for Elected and Appointed Officials.

2.52.030 - Mayor's additional compensation.

The mayor shall receive for use in the discharge of the duties and obligations of his/her office and in addition to the annual salary contained in Section 2.52.010, compensation in the amount of twenty-two thousand eight hundred dollars per year payable in equal monthly installments.
