24.16.300 UNITS ELIGIBLE FOR FEE DEFERRALS. ¶
a. The city may grant the deferral of specified development review fees if the deferrals will assist in providing residential units affordable to low or very-low income households as part of a one hundred percent affordable housing project. For purposes of this section, a one hundred percent affordable housing project has all units, other than up to three manager’s units, deed restricted to provide affordable rents to low or very-low income households.
Fees eligible for deferral are outlined in the city council development review fee deferral policy for one hundred percent affordable housing developments.

24.16.310 PROCEDURE FOR DEFERRAL OF FEES. ¶
A fee deferral supplemental application shall be submitted at the time a planning application for a one hundred percent affordable housing project is submitted to the city. The fee deferral supplemental application may be submitted with the building plan check application if no
