Editor's note— Ord. No. NS-3.19, § 13, adopted May 4, 1976, specifically amended the Code by repealing Div. A33, §§ A33-1—A33-8, A33-20—A33-28, which had pertained to weights, measures and consumer affairs. Said sections had been derived from Code 1954, §§ 3.1.29.1—3.1.29-6; Ord.
