Editor's note— Ord. No. NS-300.233, § 3, adopted Nov. 30, 1976, specifically amended the Code by repealing Div. A12½, §§ A12½-1—A12½-9 which had pertained to elections and records. Said sections had been derived from Ord. No. NS-300.169, § 3, adopted Jan. 2, 1973, and Ord. No. NS-300.200, § 1, adopted Jan. 14, 1975.
A memo dated April 27, 2015, directed the renumbering of Div. A12½ to reflect .5 as opposed to the fraction ½.
