Sec. A5-1. - District One.

The boundaries of Supervisorial District No. One shall be as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the City of Campbell, of the Town of Los Gatos, and of the City of San José:

  1. Thence meandering in a general southwesterly direction, along the common boundary line of the City of San José and the Town of Los Gatos to a point of intersection with the centerline of Guadalupe River;

  2. Thence leaving said common boundary line of the City of San José and the Town of Los Gatos, northwesterly along the centerline of Guadalupe River to the intersection of Camden Avenue;

  3. Thence southerly along the centerline of said Camden Avenue to the intersection of Coleman Road;

  4. Thence northeasterly along the centerline of Coleman Road to the intersection of Winfield Blvd.;

  5. Thence southerly along the centerline of Winfield Blvd. as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed in Book 548 of Maps, at Page 20 on September 4, 1985, Santa Clara County Records, to the southwesterly corner of the area designated as "STREET AREA DEDICATED BY THIS MAP" as depicted on said Parcel Map;

  6. Thence from last said southwesterly corner, along the general southerly line of said Parcel map to the southwesterly corner of the area designated as "LOT 2" as depicted on said Parcel Map, said point also being on the boundary line of the City of San José;

  7. Thence continuing along said general southerly line of said Parcel Map, and the boundary line of the City of San José to the southeasterly corner of said "LOT 2";

  8. Thence leaving said Parcel Map and continuing northeasterly along said City boundary to the centerline of the "COYOTE - ALAMITOS CANAL" as depicted on that certain map filed as Tract Map No. 4500, in Book 246 of Maps, at Page 44 on January 7, 1968, Santa Clara County Records;

  9. Thence continuing along said canal, as shown on said map, and as shown on that certain map filed as Tract Map No. 4613, in Book 254 of Maps, at Page 3 on May 23, 1969, Santa Clara County Records, to the most easterly terminus of the line labeled "N69°43'16"W 264.38' " as shown on said Tract Map No. 4613;

  10. Thence leaving said canal on a direct line to the radius point of "FOOTHILL COURT" as depicted on last said map;

  11. Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Foothill Court to the intersection with Foothill Drive;

  12. Thence in a general easterly direction along the centerline of Foothill Drive to the intersection with Cahalan Avenue;

  13. Thence southerly along the centerline of Cahalan Avenue to the intersection with Colleen Drive;

  14. Thence southeasterly along the centerline of Colleen Drive to the intersection with the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of the lands as depicted on that certain map filed as Tract Map No. 6312, in Book 432 of Maps, at Page 39 on December 18, 1978, Santa Clara County Records;

  15. Thence leaving said Colleen Drive, along said northerly prolongation of the westerly line, southerly to the southwest corner of the lands as depicted on said Tract Map No. 6312, said point also being on the boundary of the City of San José;

  16. Thence along said boundary of the City of San José to the intersection with the general westerly line as depicted on that certain map filed as Tract Map No. 4923, in Book 280 of Maps, at Page 37 on March 29, 1971, Santa Clara County Records, said point of intersection also being shown as "LANDS OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL & WATER DISTRICT";

  17. Thence from said intersection, southerly and westerly to the intersection of said Lands of said Water District to the intersection with the centerline of the "COYOTE - ALAMITOS CANAL";

  18. Thence from said intersection, along the centerline of said canal meandering southwesterly to the intersection with the easterly prolongation of the northerly line of the lands as described in Book 5686 of Official Records, at Page 8 (Document Number 2244485), Santa Clara County Records;

  19. Thence west along said prolongation to the most easterly corner of the lands as described in said Book 5686, said corner also shown as "STV" (ST 5) on that certain map filed as "Map of the Subdivision of Lands owned by Patrick Martin in the Rancho SANTA TERESA and PUEBLO TRACT No. 3 of San José City Lands Surveyed November 1895 by" recorded in Book "F" of Maps, at Page 45, Santa Clara County Records;

  20. Thence south along the westerly line in said Book 5686, and the line shown as "South 20.00", to the point marked "ST VI" (ST 6) as shown on said Map "F" Page 45;

  21. Thence east to the intersection with the general westerly line of "Lot 6" as shown on said Map "F" Page 45;

  22. Thence meandering southerly along the general westerly line of the lands as described in Document Number 22575109 to a point on the northwesterly line of the lands as shown on that certain Record of Survey, filed in Book 651, at Page 18, on October 20, 1993, Santa Clara County Records;

  23. Thence southwesterly on said northwesterly line of said Record of Survey to the most easterly point as shown on said Record of Survey, and said point also being on the boundary line of the City of San José;

  24. Thence along the southwesterly line of said Record of Survey and along said City boundary, to the southerly terminus of the line labeled "N34°02'15"E 1881.14' " as shown on said Record of Survey, said point also being the most northerly point of "Lot 20 shown on that certain Amended Map filed as Tract Map No. 6460, in Book 697 of Maps, at Page 12 on December 10, 1997, Santa Clara County Records;

  25. Thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Amended Map the follow two courses labeled "N 42°19'10"W 125.49' " and a curve with radius of 405', with a delta of 30°10'37", for a length of 213.31' to a point on the westerly right of way of Country View Drive, said point being 30' westerly of and perpendicular to the centerline of Country View Drive;

  26. Thence on a line to said centerline of Country View Drive;

  27. Thence meandering southerly along the centerline of said centerline of Country View Drive to the intersection with McKeen Road;

  28. Thence westerly along the centerline of McKeen Road to a point on the boundary line of the City of San José;

  29. Thence leaving McKeen Road, southeasterly along said boundary of the City of San José to a point on the line labeled "S0°26'28"E 1080.45' " said line also labeled "SAN VICENTE RANCHO LINE" as shown on that certain Record of Survey, filed in Book 202, at Page 1, on November 5, 1965, Santa Clara County Records;

  30. Thence southerly along last said line to a point labeled "FD. OLD 6X6 SCRIBED SV-10";

  31. Thence from last said point westerly along the line labeled "San Vincente RANCHO LINE" to the most northeasterly corner as shown on that certain Record of Survey, filed in Book 663, at Page 46, on March 27, 1995, Santa Clara County Records;

  32. Thence southwesterly the following five courses from last said Record of Survey:

  2. Thence westerly along the southerly line of said LOT 6 to the ¼ Cor Sections 19/30 T9S R2E MDM as shown on that certain Record of Survey, filed in Book 698, at Page 14, on December 30, 1997, Santa Clara County Records;

  3. Thence southerly on the easterly lines as shown on last Record of Survey to the intersection with a dirt road called Casa Loma;

  4. Thence meandering southerly along Casa Loma to the intersection with the easterly parcel line as described in Document Number 21270586;

  5. Thence in a general southerly direction along the said easterly line of last said Document Number 21270586 to the northerly line of that certain parcel described in Book B064 page 717 Series #4842205, Santa Clara County Records;

  6. Thence westerly along the northerly line of last said parcel to a southwesterly corner described as "FD. 1-1/2" I.P. WITH WOOD PLUG, TAG & TACK "LS 3242", FLUSH", as shown on that certain Record of Survey, filed in Book 814, at Page 32, on June 6, 2007, Santa Clara County Records;

  7. Thence northerly, westerly, and southerly the following three courses from last said Record of Survey:

  4. Thence easterly to the northeasterly corner of lot "B" as shown on last said Record of Survey;

  5. Thence southerly to the southeasterly corner of lot "D" as shown on last said Record of Survey;

  6. Thence easterly to the westerly terminus of the line labeled "N89°24'04"E 163.39' " as shown on that certain Record of Survey, filed in Book 383, at Page 33, on November 16, 1976, Santa Clara County Records;

  7. Thence northerly to a point labeled as "FOUND 3' PILE OF ROCKS; SET 2" IP IN CENTER." As shown on that certain Parcel Map, filed in Book 377, at Page 34, on September 2, 1976, Santa Clara County Records, said point being shown as on the dividing line of Township 9 South Range 1 East and Township 10 South Range 1 East;

  8. Thence easterly along said Township line to the intersection with the general easterly line of the "PLAT of the Shoquel Augmentation Rancho";

  9. Thence southerly along said general easterly line to the common boundary of Santa Clara County and Santa Cruz County;

  10. Thence meandering southeasterly along the said common boundary of Santa Clara County and Santa Cruz County to the common corner for Santa Clara County and San Benito County, and Santa Cruz County;

  11. Thence meandering in a general easterly direction along said common boundary line of Santa Clara County and San Benito County to the common corner for Santa Clara County, Merced County, and San Benito County;

  1. Thence meandering in a southeasterly direction, along the centerline of said U.S. Highway 101 to the centerline intersection of McKee Road;

  13. Thence leaving said City boundary, along the centerline of Crothers Road meandering in a general southeasterly direction to the intersection with Mt. Hamilton Road;

  36. Thence in a northerly direction along Bird Avenue to the intersection with the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board rail tracks, said point of intersection being approximately 1200' southerly of the intersection of Bird Avenue and Interstate Highway 280;

  37. Thence in a general northwesterly direction along said tracks to the intersection of The Alameda;

  38. Thence meandering northwesterly along The Alameda to the common boundary between the Cities of San José and Santa Clara;

  39. Thence meandering northerly along the common boundary between the Cities of San José and Santa Clara to the centerline of Campbell Avenue;

  40. Thence continuing northwesterly along said City boundary and along said Campbell Avenue to the southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of "PARCEL 2 3.927 Ac+/-" as shown on that certain Record of Survey filed in Book 98, at Page 49, on October 16, 1958, Santa Clara County Records;

  41. Thence along said prolongation and along said northwesterly line of "PARCEL 2 3.927 Ac+/-" to the intersection of the common boundary between the Cities of San José and Santa Clara;

  42. Thence continuing along said common City boundary to the Point of Beginning.

The boundaries of Supervisorial District No. Three shall be as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the boundary line between the County of Santa Clara and the County of Alameda with the most northerly corner of the original incorporation boundary of the City of Sunnyvale:

  1. Thence meandering southerly along the westerly boundary of the City of Sunnyvale to the common boundary between the City of Sunnyvale and the City of Mountain View;

  2. Thence meandering southerly along the common boundary line between the City of Sunnyvale and the City of Mountain View to the common corner of the City of Sunnyvale, the City Mountain View, and the City of Los Altos;

  3. Thence meandering southerly along the common boundary line of the City of Sunnyvale and the City of Los Altos to the common corner of the City of Sunnyvale, the City of Los Altos, and the City of Cupertino;

  4. Thence meandering in a general easterly direction along the common boundary line of the City of Sunnyvale and the City of Cupertino to the common corner of the City of Sunnyvale, the City Cupertino, and the City of Santa Clara;

  5. Thence meandering in a general northerly direction along the common boundary between the City of Sunnyvale and the City of Santa Clara to a point on the southerly line of the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (formerly Union Pacific Railroad, formerly Southern Pacific Railroad);

  6. Thence easterly along said southerly line of the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, and continuing along said common City boundary between the City of Sunnyvale and the City of Santa Clara to the intersection with an Unincorporated Area at a point on said southerly line;
