§ 2.80.010 CONTRACT—ADOPTION AND FILING IN CLERK'S OFFICE.¶
A contract is authorized between the Council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System, a copy of which contract is on file in the office of the City Clerk, together with amendments thereto, and by such reference is made a part of this chapter as though set out in this chapter in full.

§ 2.80.020 CONTRACT—MAYOR TO EXECUTE.¶
The Mayor of the city is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract mentioned in § 2.80.010 for and on behalf of the city, together with such amendments thereto as may from time to time be necessary.
