§ 2.40.010 FINDINGS—TITLE.¶
The City Council finds, determines and declares that there is need for a community Redevelopment Agency to function in this city. Said agency shall be known as the Monrovia Redevelopment Agency.

§ 2.40.020 MEMBERSHIP.¶
(A) The members of the City Council hereby declare and confirm themselves to be the members of the City Redevelopment Agency.
(B) The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore of the city, respectively, shall become Chairperson and Vice- Chairperson of the City Redevelopment Agency.
