§ 2.36.010 CREATION.¶
There is hereby authorized and created a mobile intensive care unit to be known as the Monrovia Paramedic Squad, which shall be organized under the supervision and direction of the Fire Chief and subject to the limitations set forth in this chapter and Chapter 15.20 and to all other limitations imposed by law.

§ 2.36.020 SERVICE CHARGE.¶
The amount of service charge for the services of the Paramedic Squad shall be in an amount which shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the City Council, which amount shall defray a portion of the actual cost of operation as determined by the City Council.
