2.28.010 - Commission created—Statutory authority.¶
A planning commission is created, under and by virtue of the Planning Act of 1929, and acts amendatory thereof.

2.28.020 - Name and appointment of members.¶
The commission created in Section 2.28.010 shall be known as the "Modoc County planning commission." It shall consist of five members, who shall be appointed in the manner provided by law.
