2.22.010 - Assessor and recorder consolidated.

The office of the recorder and assessor are consolidated and united under a single elected officer.

The offices of district attorney and public administrator are consolidated and united.

2.22.030 - Office of constable abolished—Duties assigned to sheriff—Sheriff and coroner consolidated.

Under the authority granted by California Government Code Section 71603.3, as amended, the office of constable is abolished and all of the duties assigned to the office of constable under the California Government Code and any other applicable laws of this state or ordinances of the county shall hereafter be performed by the sheriff of the county. The offices of sheriff and coroner are consolidated and united.
