2.05.010 - Appointive—Duties.

The board of supervisors may appoint the clerk of the board of supervisors in the same manner as any other county officers are appointed. In the event of such appointment, the county clerk will not serve as ex officio clerk of the board of supervisors but shall perform such other and remaining functions of the county clerk.
