2.98.010 Public Administrator--Public Guardian Fees¶

All fees, commissions, cost reimbursements, and other sums payable to or on behalf of the public administrator and/or public guardian out of any guardianship or conservatorship estates, or payments as otherwise provided by law, shall be paid to Mariposa county and deposited into the general fund of the county.
