2.86.010 Qualifications¶
No person shall hereafter be elected or appointed to the office of county treasurer-tax collector unless he or she is eligible pursuant to Government Code section 27000.7.

2.86.020 Continuing Education¶
Notwithstanding any other requirement of law, and duly elected or appointed county officer serving in the capacity of treasurer-tax collector shall be required to complete a valid continuing education program each year pursuant to Government Code section 27000.8 and 27000.9.
