2.72.010 Contract Authorized

A contract between the board of supervisors of the county and the board of administration, California State Employees' Retirement System is authorized. A copy of said contract can be found on file in the clerk's office of the county located in the courthouse and by reference is made a part of this section as though set out in full herein.

The chairman of the board of supervisors is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of the county.
