2.08.010 Consolidation Of County Assessor-Recorder¶
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 24304, the duties of the county assessor-recorder are hereby consolidated.

2.08.040 Consolidation Of Treasurer-Tax Collector And County Clerk¶
Effective as of 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 1995, the board of supervisors elects to consolidate the offices of Mariposa county clerk and Mariposa county treasurer-tax collector, pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code section 24304.
