2.44.010 Reestablished And Reorganized¶
The Mariposa County board of law library trustees is reestablished and reorganized in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the provision of the Business and Professions Code of the state.

The Mariposa County board of law library trustees is constituted as follows:
Both judges of the superior court are to serve as ex officio trustees;
The chair of the board of supervisors is an ex officio trustee, but the board of supervisors at the request of the chair may appoint a member of the state bar, any other member of the board of supervisors, or a resident of the county to serve as trustee in place of the chair;
District attorney
County counsel; and
President of the local bar association.

2.44.030 Meetings¶
The Mariposa County board of law library trustees shall meet at least once a year or when there is a need to discuss a specific issue on such date as it shall appoint.

The duties and powers of the Mariposa county board of law libraries trustees shall be as are now, or may hereafter be, provided in the Business and Professions Code of the state.
