Marin County Municipal Code Ch. 7.10 Rabies Testing

The guidelines for rabies laboratory testing heretofore adopted by the health officer of the county of Marin and as such guidelines may be amended from time to time are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein.

In the event that any person shall desire an examination of an animal not required to be examined pursuant to the aforesaid guidelines, the health department shall undertake such examination only after payment of a fee by such person of the sum of thirty-five dollars.
