Chapter 18.98 — T TRAILER COURT DISTRICTS — Lassen County Zoning Code

§ 18.98.010. Application of regulations. ¶

The regulations set out in this chapter shall apply in all districts which are combined with T districts in addition to the regulations specified therefor in this title, and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 18.102 ; provided, however, that if any of the regulations specified in this chapter differ from any corresponding regulations specified in this title for any district with which a T district is combined, then in such case, the provisions of this chapter shall apply. § 18.98.020. Permitted uses. ¶

Land use in this combining district is limited to the following:

(1) Stores;
(2) Curio shops;
(3) Restaurants;
(4) Cabins;
(5) Trailer parking and storage;
(6) Tent rental. (Ord. 467 § 36, 1984)

§ 18.98.030. Uses requiring permit. ¶

The following uses shall be subject to securing a use permit in each case:

(1) Off and on sale of beer and wine only;
(2) Sales and service of petroleum products;
(3) Equipment rental, including boats and motors. (Ord. 467 § 36, 1984)

§ 18.98.040. Rezoning for future use. ¶

The regulations in this chapter for the T zoning district shall be applied to those lands zoned T on or before January 31, 1984. The T district has been superseded in intent by the R-S resort district for future use. It is the intent of the ordinance codified in this title that no lands shall be rezoned T after January 31, 1984.
