Chapter 18.56 — O-C-B PUBLIC CAMPGROUND/BOATING/BEACH DISTRICT

§ 18.56.010. Intent. ¶
The purposes of the O-C-B district are to safeguard the public interest in recreational beach areas of the county and protect the environmental quality of this limited resource by restricting activity and development and by prohibiting incompatible or deleterious uses. (Ord. 467 § 35, 1984)
§ 18.56.020. Applicability. ¶
The regulations set out in this chapter shall apply in all O-C-B districts and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapters 18.102 and 18.108 of this title. (Ord. 467 § 35, 1984)
§ 18.56.030. Uses allowed by right. ¶
Land use in an O-C-B district is limited to the following: public swimming, fishing and boating. (Ord. 467 § 35, 1984)
§ 18.56.040. Uses allowed by use permit. ¶
Uses allowed by use permit in an O-C-B district shall be as follows:
(1) Campgrounds, including tents, travel trailers and recreational vehicles;
(2) Boat concessions, including sale, service and rental of boats, but not including body work or major repair;
(3) Food and beverage concessions;
(4) Marinas and launching ramps.
