2.04.010 - Compensation.¶
Each council member shall be entitled to a monthly salary in the amount of one thousand nine hundred dollars. The operative date of said compensation shall be upon the seating of the new city council after the General Election held on November 5, 2024 pursuant to California law.

2.04.020 - Reimbursement.¶
The salary prescribed in this chapter shall be exclusive of any amounts payable to each member of the council as reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred by any such member in the performance of official duties for the city of La Mesa.
