13.48.800 - Relationship to state laws.

A. This chapter shall not be deemed to make punishable any act or omission which is unlawful under any law or regulation of the state of California or any agency thereof.

B. No regulation, rule or order adopted or made under this chapter shall be deemed to make punishable any act or omission which is unlawful under any law or regulation of state of California or any agency thereof.

13.48.810 - Violation—Penalty.

Any act or omission declared by this chapter to be unlawful is an infraction unless specified as a misdemeanor.
