13.52.010 - Streams declared public highways.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 25660 of the Government Code, it is declared that those portions of the following streams, rivers and water courses situated in the county of Kern, state of California, and located entirely within the boundaries of the Sequoia National Forest or any other national forest, are public highways for the purpose of fishing therein:
A. Lumreau Creek;
B. Mull Creek;
C. Bear Creek;
D. Poso Creek;
E. Cedar Creek;
F. Alder Creek;
G. McFarland Creek;
H. Sandy Creek;
I. Peel Creek;
J. Little Creek;
K. Basin Creek;
L. Caliente Creek;
M. Kern River and all of its tributaries lying within the boundaries of the Sequoia National Forest.
