13.48.620 - Purposes.¶
A. The provisions of Articles VII through X of this chapter are adopted to provide for regulations governing limiting and prohibiting uses of and activities within the Buena Vista aquatic recreation area, excepting boating areas.

13.48.630 - Specified provisions not applicable.¶
A. The following sections of this code do not apply to the Buena Vista aquatic recreation areas: Sections 13.04.100, 13.04.110 and 13.04.120.

13.48.640 - Exemptions—Emergency actions.¶
A. No prohibition in Articles VII through X of this chapter, nor in any regulation, rule or order made pursuant thereto, shall be applicable to any act or activity which may be reasonably necessary in an emergency to effect a rescue of a person or to protect the life, health or safety of any person or to prevent loss or serious damage to property.
B. Except as otherwise expressly provided, no prohibition or limitation in Articles VII through X of this chapter or in any regulation, rule or order made pursuant thereto, shall be deemed applicable to any activity of an authorized officer while engaged in administration or enforcement of the provisions of these articles or any statute, ordinance, regulation, rule or order.
