13.48.710 - Regulation by board.¶
A. The board may make regulations governing, limiting or prohibiting uses of and activities within the recreation area, as the board may deem necessary and reasonable for protection of the health, safety and welfare of persons using the recreation area, or for protection of public and private property, or for harmonious use and economical operation of the recreation area, or for orderly conduct and supervision of the activities therein, or for protection of the environment, or for promotion of the requirements and objects of contracts entered into by the county respecting the recreation area, or supplementary to statutes and regulations of the state of California and ordinances of the county.
B. Such regulations may be made by ordinances, resolutions or orders of the board.

13.48.720 - Special rules by director.¶
A. It is unlawful to be in areas posted not for public use by pedestrians.
B. It is unlawful to park or drive in/on no-access areas.
C. It is unlawful to fish from the Alejandro Canal or bridge or boat docks.
D. It is unlawful to clean fish except at fish cleaning facilities only.
E. It is unlawful to fish in swimming lagoons.
Violation of this section is an infraction. A person who violates this section is also subject to an administrative penalty under Chapter 8.54 of this code.

13.48.730 - Regulations, rules and orders—Promulgation.¶
The director shall cause the substance of orders, rules and regulations to be promulgated by one or more reasonable means to persons or groups of persons affected thereby, including but not confined to directions or oral orders, or by posting signs, or by posting of written notices or brochures or pamphlets or by distribution of same to persons or parties entering the recreation area.

13.48.740 - Regulations, rules and orders—Compliance.¶
A. All persons within the recreation area shall comply with all regulations, rules and orders made pursuant to Articles VII through X of this chapter.
B. It constitutes a misdemeanor for any person to refuse or fail to comply with any regulation, rule or order made pursuant to Articles VII through X of this chapter, after reasonable notice thereof.

13.48.750 - Appeals.¶
A. If any person is dissatisfied with any regulations, rule or order made pursuant to, or purporting to be pursuant to, the provisions of Articles VII through X of this chapter, he shall be entitled to appeal the same pursuant to the provisions of Sections 13.48.560 through 13.48.610 of this chapter, which provisions are incorporated in this section by reference.
