10.72.010 - Restrictions.¶

It is unlawful for any person upon roller skates, inline skates, skateboards or similar devices or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, scooter or similar device to go upon any roadway, parking strip, sidewalk or other public property in the town. Violation of this section shall be an infraction punishable as set forth in Chapter 1.08 of this code.
