10.16.020 - Increase in the prima facie speed limit.

As authorized by California Vehicle Code Section 22357, it is determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic survey that a speed greater than twenty-five miles per hour would facilitate the orderly movement of vehicular traffic and would be reasonable and safe upon the below-listed streets, which are within the town and which, absent this section, would otherwise be subject to the prima facie speed limit of twenty-five miles per hour.
