10.28.010 - Sign installation.¶
The traffic engineer is authorized to determine those streets which shall be designated one-way and shall cause appropriate signage to be placed and maintained giving notice thereof. Such regulations shall be effective only when such signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
