2.32.010 - Sheriff and tax collector declared separate offices.¶
The offices and duties of sheriff and tax collector are constituted separate and distinct offices and duties.

2.32.020 - Offices of treasurer and tax collector consolidated.¶
The offices of treasurer and tax collector of the county are consolidated.

2.32.030 - Separation of combined office of clerk, auditor and controller.¶
A. There is created the separate elective office of county auditor, and the duties of this office shall be those as set forth by law and specifically Section 26900 et seq. of the Government Code of the state.
B. The office of county clerk and county recorder shall remain combined, and the duties of said office shall remain those as set forth by law, and specifically as to the county clerk, those duties as set forth in Section 26800 et seq. of the Government Code of the state, and, specifically as to the county recorder, those as set forth by Section 27200 et seq. of the Government Code of the state.

2.32.040 - Combined offices of clerk and recorder and of auditor and controller established.¶
Upon the expiration of the term of the holder of the combined office of county clerk, auditor and recorder at the time of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, or upon his death or resignation, whichever event first occurs, then the combined office of county clerk and recorder is established, and the combined office of county auditor and county controller is established.

2.32.050 - Combination of duties of controller with auditor.¶
The duties of the controller of the county are combined with the county auditor and the county auditor shall hereafter serve ex-officio as controller of the county.

2.32.060 - Offices of sheriff, public administrator, and coroner consolidated.¶
The offices of sheriff, public administrator, and coroner are consolidated.
