2.12.010 - Appointive position.¶
The office of county surveyor is an appointive office. The county surveyor is appointed by the board of supervisors by resolution and serves at the will of the board.

2.12.020 - Qualifications.¶
The qualifications for county surveyor are those as set forth by state law.

2.12.030 - Compensation.¶
The compensation of the county surveyor shall be as set forth by resolution of the board of supervisors.
