SEC. 361. EMERGENCY HOMEOWNERS’ RELIEF ACT.
Section 110 of the Emergency Homeowners’ Relief Act (12
U.S.C. 2709) is amended in the second sentence, by striking ‘‘Home
Loan Bank Board, the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Cor-
poration’’ and inserting ‘‘Housing Finance Agency’’.

SEC. 362. FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ACT.
