2.56.010 - Contract—Authorized.¶
A. A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration of the California State Employees' Retirement System is authorized. A copy of said contract attached to the ordinance codified in this section, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference is made a part of this section, as though set out in full in this section.
B. The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency.

2.56.020 - Contract—Amendment authorized.¶
A. An amendment to the contract between the city council of the city of Blythe and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized a copy of such amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference is made a part of this section, as though set out in full in this section.
B. The vice mayor of the city of Blythe is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute such amendment for and on behalf of such agency.
