2.32.010 - City clerk.

The amount of the official bond to be given by the city clerk is fixed at five hundred dollars.

2.32.020 - City treasurer.

The amount of the official bond to be given by the city treasurer is fixed at five thousand dollars.

2.32.030 - Marshal.

The amount of the official bond to be given by the marshal of the city is fixed at five hundred dollars.

2.32.040 - Sureties.

The sureties on the bonds required by this chapter may be either personal or corporate and the same must be approved by the city council. The bonds of the city treasurer and marshal shall be filed with the city clerk, and the clerk's bond shall be filed with the president of the council.
