2.12.010 - Time and place designated.¶
Regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each and every month except as may be exempted by direction of the city council. The meetings shall be held at six p.m., in the City Hall; provided, however, that when Tuesday coincides with a holiday, the regular meeting shall be postponed to the next succeeding day which is not a holiday, at the time and place aforesaid.
