Leadership Curriculum

The IRS leadership curriculum is competency-based and complements the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to lead successfully at all levels of the Service. Courses and topics build logically from basic to advanced as the manager progresses through the curriculum. Special emphasis is given to transferring learning back to the workplace through coaching and other follow-up activities after the classroom event.
