Business units will include an Internal Order Code (IOC) in the Procurement Public Sector (PPS) as required for training funds expended and disbursed. Any record without an IOC will be updated by business units. LEADS PA will track Servicewide L&E expenditures and report on Servicewide adherence to the use of internal order codes. A fiscal year ending report will be submitted by November 30 following the close of the fiscal year.
