13.04.010 - Damaging property.

No person shall wilfully or maliciously break or destroy any window, windowsash, door, blind or pane of glass of any occupied or unoccupied house or outhouse in the city or enter any unoccupied house or outhouse and commit any nuisance therein or break, destroy or injure anything therein or any part of said house or outhouse, or any fence, or improvement whatsoever, or aid, abet or assist anyone to commit such nuisance or injure said property.

13.04.020 - Capping.

No person shall act as a lookout for a gambling game, house of prostitution or other illegal act.

13.04.030 - Throwing missiles.

It is unlawful for any person to throw upon, along, or across any public highway, road, street, alley, sidewalk, any missile capable of causing personal injury or damage to personal property at or towards any person, or any vehicle.

13.04.040 - Misdemeanor violations.

Any person violating the provisions, or failing to comply with any of the requirements, of the chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, or infraction as provided in chapter 1.04 of the Victorville Municipal Code. The citing officer and the City Attorney shall each have discretion to cite or charge any violation as either a misdemeanor or an infraction.

13.04.050 - Administrative citation.

The city manager or his designee may issue an administrative citation and/or assess an administrative fine for the violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter as provided in chapter 1.05 of the Victorville Municipal Code.

13.04.060 - Remedies cumulative.

The remedies provided in this chapter are not to be construed as exclusive remedies and, in the event of violation, the city may pursue any proceedings or remedies otherwise provided by law.
