Editor's note— Ordinance No. 2349, § 2, adopted May 17, 2016, retitled title 9 to read as herein set out. Formerly, such title pertained to streets and sidewalks. Section 3 repealed the former Chs. 9.04, 9.08, 9.10, 9.12, 9.16, 9.20, 9.24, and enacted new Chs. 9.04, 9.11, 9.12, 9.20, 9.24 as set out herein. The former Chs. 9.04, 9.08, 9.10, 9.12, 9.16, 9.20, 9.24 pertained to general provisions, definitions, underground service alert, repair and excavation permits, construction permits, moving permits.
