2.52.010 - Created.¶
A community redevelopment agency is created in and for the city. The city council of the city does, pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the state, declare itself to be the community redevelopment agency. The city council when acting as the agency, shall be vested with all of the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities, incident thereto.
