2.24.010 - Created—Purpose—Control.¶
A transportation department of the city is created for the maintenance and operation of motor buses for the transportation of passengers for hire in and about the city and vicinity subject to the control of the city council.

2.24.020 - Rules and regulations.¶
The city council may from time to time adopt such rules and regulations for the management and control of the department, as it shall deem necessary or expedient.
