10.04.780 - Alfred Harrell Highway.

Upon Alfred Harrell Highway (China Grade Loop Upramp), between the Bakersfield city limits east of Panorama Drive and a point one thousand (1,000) feet west of the westerly limits of Hart Park, the maximum speed limit is fifty-five (55) miles per hour.

Upon Burlando Road, between Wofford Boulevard and seven hundred (700) feet south of Kern River Drive, the prima facie speed limit is fifty-five (55) miles per hour.
