10.04.030 - Parks under county jurisdiction.

It is an infraction for any person to drive a vehicle on the park roads of Kern River Park, and on all roads in all other parks under county jurisdiction, at a speed in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour. Any person who violates this section is also subject to an administrative penalty under Chapter 8.54 of this Code.

Upon Asher Avenue between South Street and a point three hundred eighty (380) feet north of Pico Street, the prima facie speed limit is twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

10.04.031 - Dennis McCarthy Drive.

A twenty-five (25)-mile-per-hour speed limit on Dennis McCarthy Drive from Laval Road northerly for a distance of two thousand six hundred eighty-two (2,682) feet.

Upon Broadway between Orchard Avenue and Plains Avenue, a distance of approximately two thousand eight hundred fifty-four (2,854) feet the prima facie speed limit is twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Upon K Street between State Route 58 and Trescape Road, a distance of approximately four thousand seven hundred fifty-seven (4,757) feet, the prima facie speed limit is twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Upon Kernville Road between Burlando Road and Sierra Way, the prima facie speed limit is twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Upon Lierly Avenue, between Wood Street and Oak Street, a distance of approximately one thousand three hundred twenty-seven (1,327) feet, the prima facie speed limit is twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Upon Shannon Drive, between one hundred thirty (130) feet south of Stable Avenue and Astor Avenue, a distance of approximately two thousand nine hundred fifty (2,950) feet, the prima facie speed limit is twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
