2.72.010 - Designated.

The city council of the city, pursuant to and by the authority granted in Section 22669 of the California Vehicle Code, designates the code enforcement officer as an authorized representative of the city for the purpose of enforcing applicable provisions of the California Vehicle Code pertaining to the removal and storage of inoperative vehicles on both public and private property and public streets.
