2.44.010 - Clerk.

The clerk, who shall be ex officio assessor, shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, execute a bond to the city in the penal sum of one thousand dollars, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties, including the duties of the office of which he shall be ex officio incumbent.

2.44.020 - Treasurer.

The treasurer shall, before entering upon the duties of his or her office, execute a bond to the city in the penal sum of five thousand dollars, conditional for the faithful performance of his or her duties.

2.44.030 - Marshal.

The marshal, who shall be ex officio tax and license collector, shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, execute a bond to the city in the penal sum of two thousand dollars, conditional for the faithful performance of his duties, including the duties of the office off which he shall be ex officio incumbent.
