2.22.010 - Contract—Authorized.¶
A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of said contract being on file in the office of the city clerk, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though herein set out in full.

2.22.020 - Contract—Execution.¶
The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract authorized by Section 2.22.010 for and on behalf of said agency.
