11.72.010 - Skateboards—Use.¶
No person shall ride upon or propel any skateboard or similar device on roadways, sidewalks, or public or private parking lots in commercial areas, nor shall any person ride upon or propel any such device on Arlington Boulevard, Barrett Avenue, Cutting Boulevard, Key Boulevard, Hill Street, Potrero Avenue, Richmond Street, Moeser Lane, Stockton Avenue, Jordan Avenue, Terrace Drive, Central Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, Colusa Avenue or San Pablo Avenue.

11.72.020 - Prohibiting dangerous operations.¶
It is unlawful for any person to ride a skateboard or similar device in a prone, crouching or other than upright position, or to slalom on any roadway in the city.
